Job Description: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Qualifications

Education: MBBS degree from a recognized institution; valid registration with Delhi Medical Council (DMC).

Experience: 0-3 years of hands-on hospital practice, preferably in wards, critical care, emergency, or general medicine.

Role
- Provide comprehensive inpatient and emergency medical care, support consultants, and ensure smooth clinical operations within the hospital.
- Key Responsibilities
- Patient care delivery: Diagnose, treat, and monitor patients across wards, ICUs, and OPDs.
- Emergency response: Attend to urgent cases promptly, stabilize patients, and escalate to specialists when required.
- Clinical procedures: Perform routine medical interventions and assist in complex procedures under consultant supervision.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration:



Coordinate with nursing, radiology, pharmacy, and allied departments for integrated patient care.
- Documentation & compliance: Maintain accurate patient records and treatment histories and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.
- Continuous monitoring: Conduct regular rounds, follow up on treatment progress, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Policy adherence: Uphold infection control, patient safety, and ethical standards in all clinical practices.

Skills : Solid clinical judgment, ability to work under pressure, effective communication with patients and staff.

Pay: From ₹65,000.00 per month
