- Lead brownfield projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for mechanical projects.
- Oversee project execution, monitoring progress against milestones, identifying potential issues early on, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in mechanical project engineering or a related field.
- Robust understanding of brownfield projects' unique challenges and requirements.
- Proven track record in leading complex projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
