Role & responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day MEP execution at site.
- Coordinate Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works.
- Coordinate MEP subcontractors, vendors and installation teams.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate MEP works with Civil and Structural teams.
- Review shop drawings and resolve site-level coordination issues.
- Check materials delivered to site and ensure proper installation.
- Monitor daily progress and manpower productivity.
- Carry out measurements and verify subcontractor quantities.
- Identify and report design/site issues to the HO MEP Manager.
- Coordinate inspections with client and consultants.
- Maintain site records, progress reports and snag lists.
- Assist in testing, commissioning and handover.

Preferred candidate profile

- 510 years of relevant MEP construction experience.
- Strong site execution experience is essential.
- Good understanding of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and consultants.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
