Manage and monitor daily production activities as per the production plan.
Operate, monitor, and maintain dairy processing and production machinery.
Take complete responsibility for the smooth functioning of machines and production operations.
Ensure the quality, hygiene, and safety standards of dairy products are maintained throughout the production process.
Monitor production parameters and ensure products are manufactured according to defined specifications.
