Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and interior designing concepts for residential projects.

- Create presentation materials such as renderings, models, and visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.

- Develop detailed designs that meet client needs while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

- Provide technical support during construction phases of projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in architecture or related field (residential projects).

- B.Arch degree from a recognized institution (any specialization).

- Proficiency in Autocad software; knowledge of other CAD tools an added advantage.

- Robust understanding of architectural principles, design theories, and industry standards.
