About the Role

LeadingReach is hiring an experienced RPA Developer & Support Engineer to build, maintain and support production automation workflows during U.S. hours. The role combines hands-on Robot Framework and Python development with overnight monitoring, troubleshooting and incident resolution across Selenium, MySQL and AWS-based automation infrastructure.

What You Will Do

- Design, develop and maintain Robot Framework automation scripts, test suites and custom libraries.
- Write Python code to extend and support RPA workflows and Selenium-based browser automation.
- Build and optimize MySQL interactions for data validation, extraction and reporting.
- Deploy, configure and support automation workloads on AWS WorkSpaces, EC2 and S3.
- Monitor scheduled jobs and bots overnight; diagnose failures, restore service and escalate when required.
- Create runbooks, troubleshooting guides and clear shift-handoff documentation.
- Collaborate with day-shift developers and business teams to ensure continuity.
- Improve reliability, performance and recovery while reducing manual intervention.

What You Bring

- 5+ years of overall experience in software development, automation, QA or production support.
- Strong hands-on Robot Framework experience, including keyword-driven design and custom libraries.




- Solid Python programming and Selenium web-automation experience.
- Practical MySQL experience through MySQLdb or a similar Python connector.
- Working knowledge of AWS WorkSpaces, EC2 and S3.
- Production-support experience with incident triage and resolution.
- Ability to work independently from 7:00 PM-4:00 AM IST and attend the Bengaluru office once a week.

- Healthcare-domain or HIPAA-aware workflow experience.
- CI/CD, CloudWatch or other monitoring/alerting exposure.
- Git and Agile delivery experience.
