Wireless Standard Experience: Practical experience with 3GPP (LTE, 5G),
3GPP2
Programming Languages:
C/C++: Essential for high-performance, low-level development.
MATLAB: Crucial for algorithm development, simulation, and signal
processing.

Module Development & Prototyping: Ability to build core components and
quickly demonstrate working concepts.
Physical Layer Design & Development: Proven track record in designing
and implementing new features at the PHY layer (e.g., modulation, coding,
MIMO, beamforming).
Multi-core Environment: Experience in optimizing and debugging code for
parallel processing architectures, common in modern base stations and user
equipment.
