Thoms Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is a Gurgaon-based independent sales agency with 36+ years of experience representing
global process-equipment manufacturers across North India. We work with refineries, petrochemical plants, power
stations, and leading EPC contractors, managing everything from technical liaison to commercial closure on behalf of
our principals.
Role Summary
We're looking for a driven, personable Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for
someone early in their career to learn B2B industrial sales from the ground up even with no prior technical background
required. You'll be trained on our products, our clients, and the sales process itself.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and following up on new business enquiries from EPCs, PSUs, and private-sector clients
- Coordinate with clients on tender documentation, quotations, and order follow-ups
- Maintain and update records of enquiries, orders, and client communication (CRM/Excel)
- Support senior sales engineers in preparing offers and commercial correspondence




- Build and maintain relationships with client procurement and engineering teams over time
- Track order status, deliveries, and payment follow-ups with internal coordination
- Learn our principals' product lines (industrial pumps and rotating equipment) well enough to have informed conversations with clients

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (any stream - Commerce, Engineering, Business, or related preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable on the phone and in front of clients; presentable and professional
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-ups Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn technical product knowledge on the job
- Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon/NCR
