Role & responsibilities

Job Purpose

Responsible for the overall business, operations, customer experience, inventory, and people management of the store, ensuring achievement of sales, profitability and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales, revenue and profitability in line with store targets.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and company standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer engagement; resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Manage store manpower, including deployment, attendance, discipline, productivity, training and performance.
- Ensure product availability, effective replenishment and proper inventory management.
- Control shrinkage, damages, expiry, wastage and stock losses.
- Ensure quality,



freshness and proper display of Fruits & Vegetables, Dairy, FMCG and Staples.
- Maintain visual merchandising, store hygiene, housekeeping and overall store ambience.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, fire & safety and other applicable requirements.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Marketing, IT and other support functions.
- Monitor key store KPIs and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Ensure smooth execution of promotions, current product launches and company initiatives.
