Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Preferred: Local / Native candidates with valuable geographical knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the collections process for assigned territory and portfolio.
- Monitor portfolio performance bucket-wise and DPD-wise.
- Control delinquency and achieve assigned collection targets.
- Manage and coordinate with collection agencies and in-house teams.
- Follow up with defaulting customers and initiate recovery actions.
- Trace absconded customers and coordinate recovery processes.
- Recommend legal action for non-recoverable cases and coordinate with the legal team.
- Maintain collection MIS, account history and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
