- Configure, test, and deploy HRMS enhancements, workflows, and process automations .
- Drive HRMS integrations with Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, L&D;, Finance, and other systems.
- Ensure HR data accuracy, governance, audits, and compliance through regular validations and reconciliations.
- Support HRMS implementations, module rollouts, upgrades, UAT, and change management initiatives.
- Develop HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics to drive data-based HR decisions.
- 37 years of experience in HR Operations/HRMS, with robust stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
