Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced DP Business Management Teacher to join our IB Diploma Programme faculty. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of global business concepts and economic environments, combined with an ability to inspire students to think critically and ethically about the world of commerce and enterprise. This role requires both subject expertise and a strong commitment to fostering analytical thinking, research skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset in students.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB Diploma Programme Business Management curriculum.
- Facilitate inquiry-based and concept-driven learning experiences that connect theory to real-world business contexts.
- Guide students in conducting their Internal Assessments (IAs) and support Extended Essay research in Business Management.
- Assess student learning using IB assessment criteria and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Encourage exploration of contemporary business issues, innovation, and sustainability through case studies and simulations.
- Integrate digital tools and data-driven analysis into classroom instruction.
- Foster skills in decision-making, communication,



and leadership through interactive classroom discussions and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and progress reports.
- Participate in IB workshops, collaborative planning sessions, and professional development initiatives.
- Contribute to the broader school community through events, exhibitions, and interdepartmental projects.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Master s or Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Teaching certification (B.Ed.) or IB Educator qualification preferred.
- 2-4 years of teaching experience, preferably in IB or international curricula.
- Strong understanding of IB DP Business Management standards, assessment frameworks, and global business trends.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in integrating technology and business tools into classroom teaching.
- A reflective practitioner with a growth mindset and commitment to lifelong learning.

Work Time

7:40 AM to 3:45 PM (Monday to Saturday)
