Your role and responsibilities
;;;;;;;Create and maintain courses, classes, curricula, certifications, learning plans and learning paths in LMS.
;;;;;;;Configure instructor-led, virtual instructor-led and self-paced programs.
;;;;;;;Upload and deploy SCORM, AICC, xAPI and digital learning content.
;;;;;;;Perform end-to-end functional testing before production deployment.
;;;;;;;Validate content launch, bookmarking, completion, passing score and transcript updates.
;;;;;;;Manage learner enrollments, assignments, waitlists, cancellations and completions.
;;;;;;;Resolve learner, instructor and manager queries within SLA.
;;;;;;;Maintain LMS data integrity and training records.
;;;;;;;Generate reports on completion, attendance, compliance and learning metrics.
;;;;;;;Coordinate with learning partners, vendors and content developers.
;;;;;;;Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
;;;;;;;Support virtual classroom scheduling and session administration.
