Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, hair spa, straightening, smoothening, keratin, botox, and other advanced treatments.
- Offer professional consultations to clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products.:
- Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the salon area, tools, and equipment before and after each service.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth client flow.
- Promote and upsell salon products and services to clients for aftercare and maintenance.
- Handle client feedback professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures,
and safety standards.
- Participate in regular training and skill enhancement sessions.
