Job Overview

.Tapasya Organisation is seeking a motivated and student-centric Admission Counsellor to counsel students for professional accounting courses such as ACCA. The role involves student counselling, lead conversion, admission support, and maintaining solid relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on professional courses (ACCA), eligibility, exemptions, syllabus, fees, and career prospects
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, online leads, and follow-ups:
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions:
- Provide accurate information and guidance aligned with Tapasya’s academic offerings




- Maintain student enquiry data and admission records in CRM/system
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities:
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets:
- Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and trust

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduation
- Knowledge of ACCA or other professional courses (CA, CMA, CPA) is a solid advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
