Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on available courses, certifications, and career pathways
- Understand learners’ academic background, interests, and career goals
- Provide detailed information about course structure, fees, schedules, and outcomes
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication
- Follow up with prospective and existing students
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with sales, academic, and support teams
- Address student concerns and ensure high satisfaction
- Participate in outreach programs, webinars, and counseling sessions

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Counseling preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or EdTech advisory roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills




- Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Preferred Skills
- Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or academic counseling
- Knowledge of online learning platforms and digital education trends
- Multilingual ability (if applicable)
- Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
