Job Description Digital Marketing Sales & Customer Interaction Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Sales & Customer Interaction Executive who will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, sales conversions, and brand reputation. As we scale our e-commerce business (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart), you will be the first point of contact for our customers across multiple platformshandling queries, resolving issues, and building meaningful customer relationships that ultimately convert into sales.

This is not just a support roleit is a sales-driven digital marketing role, where your ability to handle interactions and convert them into funnel opportunities will directly impact business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction & Support
- Handle 25-30 daily chats, WhatsApp inquiries, and incoming calls from customers on Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Answer customer queries regarding product details, pricing, delivery, and installation.
- Address Amazon/Flipkart incoming calls related to product inquiries.




- Manage customer escalations by providing accurate, polite, and timely solutions.
- Build trust with customers and guide them towards successful purchase decisions.

Social Media Engagement
- Monitor and respond to social media comments, DMs, and reviews (both positive & negative).
- Handle negative comments tactfully, ensuring brand image is maintained.
- Collaborate with the content team to create customer-driven content ideas (FAQs, reels, testimonial highlights, product tutorials).

Sales Funnel Development:
- Convert chats, calls, and leads into qualified sales opportunities.
- Identify repeat questions/issues and work with the marketing team to create automated responses, FAQs, and chatbots for efficiency.
- Support the creation of sales funnels from WhatsApp, social media, and website inquiries to increase conversions.

Operational & Digital Marketing Support
