Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals and carers
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to placement)
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes
- Develop relationships with healthcare clients and understand their staffing needs
- Meet recruitment targets and timelines

Required Experience & Skills
- 1-4 years of experience in recruitment (healthcare recruitment preferred)
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles (nurses, carers, support workers, etc.)




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools
