Position : VMC Programmer
Company Overview : Aquascape Engineers Pvt Ltd. is a precision engineering company with two dedicate division. Our Aerospace Engineering Division specializes in the manufacturing of engine component for civilian aircraft, adhering to the strictest international quality and safety standards.

Job summary:
Key Responsibilities
- create and optimize CNC programs for VMC machine with Siemens controllers using CAM software (e.g NX CAM, MasterCAM, Or similar)
- select proper tools, speeds and feeds for various aerospace-grade materials
- set up job on the machine, perform trails and ensure first part approval
- collaborate with the QA team for dimensional verification and overcuts.




- conduct toolpath simulation and verify for collisions and overcut.
- Maintain machining quality, productivity, and tool management.
- Ensure safe operation, preventive maintenance, and cleanliness of machine.
- suggest improvements in processes, fixturing, or tooling to improve efficiency

Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of VMC programing and operation experience
- hand-on knowledge of Siemens CNC Controller and NX Cam Software.
- Solid command of GD&T; and machining tolerances.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,896.10 - ₹43,564.36 per month
