We are looking for highly skilled and motivated Truck Dispatchers to join our growing logistics operations. If you have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and proven experience in truck dispatching — this role is for you.

Position Details
- Job Title: Truck Dispatcher
- No. of Positions: 2
- Experience Required: Minimum 3-4 years (Well Experienced Only):
- Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch trucks efficiently and secure profitable loads:
- Coordinate with drivers, brokers, and shippers:
- Negotiate best possible rates with brokers and clients
- Plan routes and ensure on-time pickups & deliveries:
- Maintain daily records of loads, rates, mileage, and driver updates
- Handle driver issues, delays, and problem-solving professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and dispatch procedures




- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers

Requirements & Skills
- 3-4 years of proven experience as a Truck Dispatcher
- Robust knowledge of US freight market (Dry Van / Reefer / Flatbed - preferred)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills:
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple trucks
- Familiar with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
- Good computer and documentation skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and result-oriented
