- What you will do
Management Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver all regional, HQ, and local entity reports (e.g., SOI, WOC, Logistics, CIS, APEX, CPS).
- Design and implement monthly budget-monitoring frameworks with variance analysis and actionable insights.
Business Controlling:
- Act as a trusted partner for FICO lead and business teams, providing timely analysis for decision-making.
- Monitor key sales drivers, price initiatives, and productivity indicators (inventory turns, DSO).
- Perform ad-hoc business and sensitivity analyses.
Forecasting & Budgeting:
- Coordinate annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes.
- Analyze variances and support regional controlling teams in financial planning.
Systems & Process Ownership:
- Serve as key user and process owner for controlling processes in India.
- Optimize processes while ensuring compliance and internal controls.
Growth & New Business Evaluation:
- Provide quick financial evaluation and recommendations for new business cases.
Other Responsibilities:
- Support cost audits and controlling aspects of new projects as required.
- What you will need
Education: CA / ICWA
Experience:
- 8-10 years post-qualification experience in business partnering and management reporting.
- Proven track record in MNCs and prior experience with regional/global controlling teams.
Skills:
- SAP knowledge (preferably CO module).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Robust analytical ability, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.
