Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring effective and accurate dispensing of medications while maintaining compliance with legal and safety standards. 2:
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Manage staff schedules, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive work environment. 2:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer care, addressing inquiries about medications, potential drug interactions, and general health advice. Ensure that the pharmacy meets customer satisfaction goals. 2:
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, order medications and supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceuticals. Monitor expiration dates and manage stock to minimize waste. 2:
- Financial Oversight: Analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to enhance profitability while maintaining high standards of patient care. 2:
- Regulatory Compliance:



Ensure that the pharmacy adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the dispensing of medications and healthcare services. 2:

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and a valid pharmacy license are typically required. 1:
- Experience: Previous experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a managerial role, is often necessary. Familiarity with pharmacy operations and regulations is essential. 2:
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a team and drive performance. 2:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and healthcare professionals

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
