Job Title: Spare Parts Incharge

Preferred Qualification:
- Diploma/ITI in Automobile or related field
- Experience in automobile showroom/workshop spare parts department preferred

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in spare parts handling or inventory management (automobile sector preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts
- Experience in stock management and reporting
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, inventory software)
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to manage stock efficiently and responsibly
- Honest and accountable with attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:




- Manage complete spare parts department operations
- Handle distribution and issuing of spare parts to mechanics/workshop
- Maintain proper stock entry and inventory records
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about reordering requirements
- Ensure proper storage and safety of spare parts
- Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of parts
- Maintain inward and outward stock records
- Prevent stock loss, damage, or misplacement
- Support service team with timely spare parts availability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
