Job Title: Project Coordinator (Experience in Home Automation is mandatory)

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Delhi (Local Travel Required)

Education: B.E / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronic Engineering)

Experience: 5-6 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator in Home Automation and Lighting Control business like Lutron, Crestron.

Skills Required:
- Proven ability with Lighting Management System, Control System and Audio Visual Solution.
- Hands-on experience with Lutron, Crestron, Harman, Poly products.
- Networking and AutoCAD skills would also be ideal but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, support, and advance project phases from scoping and planning through execution to completion.
- Preparation and maintenance of schedules and resource forecasting.
- Review labour estimates, schedules, execution plans,



inspection and test plans and project oversight plans.
- Gather input from stakeholder departments and agencies to ensure project requirements are captured and detailed in the project documents.
- Arrange and lead meetings to coordinate the requirements of internal and external customers.
- Lead design reviews and team meetings as required.
- Review requests for proposal documents and participate in the preparation of proposal.
- Organize documentation, including quotes, correspondence, requisitions, drawings, schedules, etc. on projects you are supervising.

Additional Requirements:
- Local travel is required.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
