_Role Description_

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team in a full-time, in office capacity at our Ahmedabad office. In this role, you will design mockups, create user-friendly interfaces, collaborate with front-end developers, and develop prototypes to refine the user experience.

- Key Responsibilities:_
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into user behavior, needs, and preferences.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas and user flows.
- UX Design: Design seamless user experiences with attention to detail, prioritizing user-centered design practices to enhance usability and accessibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.




- Feedback Incorporation: Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders and users to continually iterate and improve designs.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and user experience.
- Qualifications:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and responsive design
- Strong knowledge of visual design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, and grid systems
- Excellent communication skills
