About Us:
We are a UK-based TikTok marketing agency helping brands in wellness, lifestyle, fashion, and home goods grow through TikTok content, live selling, and influencer partnerships. As part of our India team expansion, we are hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:




- Build and manage influencer programs focusing on TikTok: from seeding, gifting, affiliate onboarding, and paid collaborations.
- Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with client categories (wellness, lifestyle, fashion, home & beauty).
- Negotiate contracts, commission rates, content rights, and delivery timelines.
- Oversee influencer campaign execution: ensuring content aligns with brand tone, obtaining approvals, and coordinating publishing schedules.
- Use influencer marketing platforms to manage outreach, track performance, and report campaign results.
- Work closely with UK and India teams to align influencer activities with broader brand campaigns and sales targets.
- Keep up with TikTok and short-video ecosystem trends, providing insights to improve campaign strategies.
- Affiliate community building & community management.
- Helping with Scripts, Hooks & CTA's as per the trending
