Strategic Expansion Leadership
- Define and execute the organization’s expansion strategy across target markets, identifying high value micro-markets for growth.
- Oversee market research, competitive bench-marking, and rental trend analysis to guide decision making.




- Develop multi-year expansion roadmaps in alignment with company vision and financial goals.

Business Development & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and channel partners to secure priority access to prime properties.
- Represent alt.f in high-level negotiations with property owners, investors, and external stakeholders.

Deal Structuring & Negotiation
- Lead negotiations for LOIs, agreements, and financial terms in alignment with the company’s financial models.
- Evaluate and structure revenue-sharing or management contract arrangements where applicable.

Project Acquisition & Execution Oversight
- Oversee parameter-based site selection, due diligence, legal documentation, and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with design, and project teams to finalize BOQs and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
