Job Description: Civil Site Supervisor

Position: Civil Site Supervisor

Location: On-site

Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Team Management: Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Quality Control: Monitor work progress, materials usage, and construction quality to maintain high standards and compliance with project requirements.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address issues or delays that may arise during construction, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, site inspections, and any incidents or accidents that occur.
- Communication:



Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and facilitate effective communication.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Robust problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
