Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare concept, approval, and working drawings for redevelopment & residential projects
- Ensure compliance with DCPR / local building regulations
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, fire, and liaison consultants
- Assist in approvals (IOD, CC, OC, Fire NOC, etc.)
- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues
Requirements:
- B.Arch with COA registration
- Experience in redevelopment approvals and residential planning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/SketchUp preferred)
- Positive coordination and communication skills
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
