- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development of MIS Reports:
- Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and standard reports to track sales, marketing, customer service, and project performance.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Analyze data from CRM, ERP, and other business systems to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly updates and sharing of sales reports with respective Site Heads.
- Booking & IBM OBM Data Management:
- Regular updation and circulation of Booking MIS, IBM and OBM reports.
- Advanced Reporting & Dashboards:
- Develop and maintain key business reports such as sales pipeline,



customer acquisition cost, and project timelines.
- Data Quality & Governance:
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of business data.
- Adhere to internal data governance policies and contribute to their continual improvement.
- Process Improvement:
- Evaluate and enhance existing reporting processes and tools to meet evolving business needs and align with industry best practices.
- Education:Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS, business intelligence, or data analysis; prior experience in thereal estate sector is mandatory.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency inGoogle Sheets and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
