Working Days : 6 days (Remote)
Requisities:
- Qualification: Graduate (any Industry).
- Experience: 1 year in telecalling, sales, or customer support
- Positive communication skills in Hindi/English
- Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge (calling software, CRM, MS Excel).
- Convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and positive approach.
- Ability to achieve daily call and lead targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls to customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly.
- Generate leads and fix appointments.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain call records and customer data.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.
- Handle customer queries politely.
