A Machine Operator at Hindustan Fastners is responsible for operating and monitoring fastener manufacturing machines such as heading, threading, rolling, or related equipment to produce components as per specified drawings and quality standards. The role includes setting up machines as instructed, checking raw materials, maintaining process parameters, performing in-process quality checks, identifying defects, minimizing rejections, following safety and PPE guidelines, maintaining basic machine cleanliness and routine checks, reporting breakdowns or abnormalities to the foreman, and ensuring production targets are met efficiently while adhering to company SOPs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
