The role includes managing and guiding machine operators, allocating work, monitoring machine performance, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, reducing rejections and downtime, enforcing SOPs and safety norms, maintaining discipline and housekeeping, and preparing daily production and manpower reports. The foreman acts as a link between workers and management, ensuring smooth operations, high productivity, and consistent product quality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
