Role Profile

The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for improving the quality, consistency, and reliability of data across Salesforce and related business systems, helping to ensure reporting, dashboards, and business decisions are based on trusted information.





The role supports the delivery of a structured data quality and governance programme, initially focused on core Salesforce data and related business systems. Responsibilities include monitoring data quality, investigating and resolving issues, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping to establish trusted datasets that underpin reporting and analytics across the organisation. Over time, the role will also support data enrichment initiatives that improve the completeness, accuracy, and value of business information.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across Salesforce and related business systems.
- Execute data cleansing, validation, and correction activities to resolve data quality issues and improve confidence in business information.
- Monitor data quality metrics and investigate trends, recurring issues, and process gaps.
