Job description:
- Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking Customers/Clients (Ex: English & French )
- Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization
- Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time
- Free work environment. Should be a team player and enjoy the work.
- Command over Language with good understanding skills is required.
- Good Communication Skills are required.
