Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Performance Marketing & E-commerce Operations professional at Korean clothing located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing performance marketing campaigns, analyzing data, conducting performance testing, and optimizing e-commerce operations to drive growth and revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Operations:
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Monitor e-commerce performance metrics (traffic, conversions, etc.) and generate regular reports.
- Assist in executing online marketing campaigns, promotions and discounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries, reviews and feedback on e-commerce platforms.
- Plan & implement calendar for social media posts.
- Coordinate with influencers and monitor their performances.

Process Automation & Data Analytics:
- Identify repetitive tasks and recommend automation tools to streamline workflows.
- Implement and manage automation software to improve operational efficiency.




- Work with Non IT teams to integrate e-commerce platforms with internal systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation tools and e-commerce platforms.
- Support in implementing data analytics tools for various business verticals

Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills, Data Analysis and Performance Management abilities
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in performance testing methodologies
- Understanding of e-commerce operations and marketing strategies
- Proven track record in optimizing performance metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Pay: ₹11,004.33 - ₹20,000.00 per month
