Job Title: Building Management System (BMS) TechnicianExperience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Maintenance)Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹23,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor BMS for HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire alarm, and utility systems
- Attend alarms, analyze faults, and coordinate rectification activities
- Perform basic troubleshooting of BMS controllers, sensors, and field devices
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for corrective and preventive actions
- Update BMS logs, reports, and daily operational records
- Support preventive maintenance activities through BMS monitoring
- Ensure proper functioning of communication networks and control panels
- Follow safety standards and company SOPs during maintenance activities

Job Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BMS operation and maintenance
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels,



and building utilities
- Familiarity with BMS software, alarms, trends, and reports
- Ability to work independently and in shifts (if required)
- Good communication and coordination skills
