Position Title: Data Entry Operator
Location: Mohali, Punjab
1. Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in the company’s systems with accuracy.
- Maintain records of activities and completed work.
- Review data for errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output.
- Collect and compile data from various sources as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all company data.
- Ensure timely reporting of any discrepancies or issues to the concerned authority.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
- Assist in filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
2. Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
3. Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
- Prior experience in data entry or ERP Handling is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy is essential.
