Position:
- Safety, Environment Management and Governance (ESG) Engineer

Education - BE Mech / BE Electrical /Diploma in Electrical Eng. with Govt

Electrical License /Graduate /MSC/Diploma in Industrial safety

Experience- 5 to 6 years Experience in Auto Ancillary Industry as Safety &
Environmental Engineer

ESG Engineer
- Duties and responsibilities
- Compliance of Customer Hyundai, Volkswagen requirement of Environmental,

Safety and Governance requirement
- Compliance of ISO 14001Environmental Management System and ISO 45001

Occupational Health and Safety Assessment
- Work as a Management Representative for ISO 14001 & ISO45001
- Work as Electrical Safety Officer as per Government of Maharashtra Electrical

Safety office requirement
- Plan & execute Internal audit for EMS & ESG




- Gather and Record Data for ESG requirement given by all customers
- Face External audit by TUV & Customers for ESG and comply all requirement
- During Purchase of New Equipment & Installation and Starting up of Recent

Equipment’s, comply all EMS requirements
- Government Electrical Licence is must
- Suppliers development for EMS & ESG
- Liaison with Government Agencies, Customers & Certifying agencies for

EMS & ESG
- Implement Sustainability Environment Improvement Projects
- Training to Operators and Staff for EMS & ESG
- Administration & Legal Compliance, Help to HR
