Job Title: Sales Counselor

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients on skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments offered by the clinic
- Understand client concerns and recommend suitable treatment packages
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, pricing, and payment plans clearly
- Convert walk-ins and consultations into confirmed treatments
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth patient flow
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on pending leads
- Handle client queries, objections, and post-consultation follow-ups
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)




- 1-3 years of experience in sales or counseling (healthcare, skin clinic, or wellness industry preferred)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and confident with a customer-centric approach
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, billing software)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Experience
- Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetic clinics, or luxury wellness brands
- Familiarity with skin and hair treatments is an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
