Hiring In-Store Promoters - Shopkya

Location: Chembur / Worli / Goregaon

Role:
Talk to customers in the store, explain the Shopkya app, help them download the app and scan their bill to earn rewards.
- Comfortable speaking Marathi & Hindi (basic English is enough)
- Friendly and confident in talking to customers
- Can use a smartphone and apps
- Retail/promoter experience preferred (not mandatory)

Working Hours:
- 8-9 hours per day
- 1 weekly off (as per store off)

Compensation (Straightforward Explanation):
- Fixed basic pay: ₹14,500 per month
- Incentive: ₹10 for every app download & bill scan done in the store

Example:
If you help 20 customers per day to download and scan, you earn ₹200 per day as incentive.





In 25 working days, the incentive = ₹5,000 approx.

Total monthly earnings:
₹14,500 (basic) + ₹4,000-5,000 (incentive)

= ₹18,500-19,500 per month earning opportunity

Other Details:
- 30-day trial at a partner store
- 3-month probation period

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
