About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Factory Operations & Sales Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our factory and sales operations. This is a diverse, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and working closely with production, customers, and management.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating factory operations, handling administrative tasks, and supporting sales processes to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Factory Operations
- Coordinate daily factory schedules and job orders
- Liaise with production staff to ensure workflow runs smoothly
- Monitor stock levels, materials, and supplies
- Assist with quality checks and production documentation
- Maintain accurate records relating to production and inventory

Sales & Customer Support
- Process customer orders from enquiry through to delivery
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales documentation
- Coordinate delivery timelines with factory and logistics teams
- Support sales reporting and follow-ups

Administration




- General office administration and data entry
- Maintain filing systems and operational records
- Assist with purchasing and supplier coordination
- Support management with reporting and ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline:
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience in operations, administration, sales coordination, manufacturing, or a similar role
- Experience working in a factory or production environment is highly regarded

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
