Key Highlights:
- Full-time role for a Company Secretary (ICSI member) with 2-3 years of experience
- End-to-end handling of Company Law, ROC & FEMA compliances
- Exposure to compliance work for multiple clients of Bizsolindia
- Hands-on experience in Company Law & FEMA matters
- Solid drafting skills for NCLT & NCLAT matters

- Sound knowledge of ROC compliances & FEMA regulations
- Practical, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused professional

Eligibility & Skills
- Qualified Company Secretary with valid ICSI Membership Number.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
