Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate art & craft lessons for students
- Teach drawing, painting, paper craft, clay work, and other creative activities
- Encourage creativity, imagination, and fine motor skill development
- Prepare students’ artwork for school displays, competitions, and events:
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, engaging classroom environment
- Use recycled and innovative materials to promote sustainable art practices
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback
- Coordinate with class teachers and academic coordinators when required

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master's in Fine Arts, Art & Craft, or related field:
- Two years teaching experience in a school is preferred:
- Freshers with solid practical skills may also apply

Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of art & craft techniques
- Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching children
- Good classroom management skills
- Ability to engage students of different age groups
- Basic communication skills in English/Hindi
