Job Role -

Key Responsibilities -
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).:
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).:
- Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and bid optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.:
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.:
- Prepare performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for high-performing ads.
- Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and best practices.

- Google Ads - Search, Display,



Shopping & YouTube Ads.
- Meta Ads Manager - Facebook & Instagram advertising.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) - Campaign tracking & performance analysis.
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) - Conversion and event tracking.
- Google Search Console - Website performance insights.
- Keyword Research Tools - SEMrush / Ahrefs / Ubersuggest.
- Conversion Tracking Tools - Pixels, events, and remarketing setup.

Additional / Good-to-Have Tools
- Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) - Performance dashboards & reporting.
- Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity - User behavior & funnel analysis.
- A/B Testing Tools - Google Optimize alternatives, VWO, etc..
- CRM Tools - HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce (basic integration knowledge).

Other Technical Requirements
- Understanding of KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS.
- Knowledge of budget pacing and bid strategies.:
- Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused funnels.
