About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine architectural designs from concept to execution.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure design integrity.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
- Resolve in office technical and design issues in real time.
- Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and construction documentation.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in both design documentation and site coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design tools.
- Strong understanding of materials,
detailing, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualities:
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- A proactive and design-driven approach to challenges.
- Experience in residential/commercial/institutional projects (as applicable).
