Description:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to promote consistency across projects.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver stunning user experiences that align with business goals.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and a transparent process.
- Excellent understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
- Good grasp of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A degree is not mandatory, but relevant experience and design thinking are crucial.
