Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive B2B customer acquisition and sales for Zatags Lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Sales Execution
- Understand corporate requirements for gifting, customized merchandise, employee kits, event giveaways, promotional products, and bulk orders.
- Recommend suitable products and customized solutions based on customer requirements, budget, quantity, and timelines.
- Generate quotations and coordinate internally to provide accurate pricing and product information.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Achieve defined daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Customer Engagement
- Build strong relationships with corporate customers and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product recommendations.
- Handle customer queries related to products, customization, pricing, minimum order quantities, delivery timelines, and order processes.




- Handle objections and negotiate within approved commercial guidelines.
- Ensure a smooth handover to operations after order confirmation.
- Identify opportunities for repeat orders, upselling, and cross-selling.

Corporate B2B Sales
- Connect with HR, Administration, Procurement, Marketing, Events, Purchase, and other relevant corporate teams.
- Identify opportunities for employee gifting, onboarding kits, festive gifting, events, conferences, brand merchandise, and promotional requirements.
- Develop relationships with recent corporate accounts and maintain regular engagement with prospects.

CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate lead, call, follow-up, quotation, and conversion records in the CRM.Update lead status and next action on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all open opportunities.
- Track lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-conversion performance.

Market & Customer Insights
- Understand customer preferences, buying
