We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager with a strong track record in Wealth Management, HNI/UHNI client acquisition, and AUM growth.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development / Wealth Management:
- Strong exposure to HNI & UHNI clients:
- Demonstrated track record of client acquisition and AUM growth:
- Robust client relationship and referral network:
- Experience in identifying, approaching, and onboarding Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs):
- Ability to develop and manage distribution channels:
- Strong understanding of wealth management, investment products, and market trends:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and commercially driven
- Ability to independently generate new business and develop market opportunities
