- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is preferred.




- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and acquire current enterprise customers across target industries.
- Drive business growth for Reefer Containers, Portable Cold Storage, Temporary Cold Rooms, Modular Infrastructure, and Rental Solutions.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, Supply Chain Heads, Procurement Teams, Plant Heads, and Operations Leaders.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand customer challenges and propose customized cold chain solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market mapping, and industry events.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value enterprise deals.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Projects, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful project execution.
